A Loyalty Card
Use your WOWIE! Card when you make purchases at any participating Sheridan's Frozen Custard location, and you'll earn points for what you buy! When you register your card online, you instantly receive a free Wowieccino!

WOWIE! Card Point Rewards:
    2,000 points can be redeemed for a free plain vanilla or chocolate cup or cone,
    4,000 points can be redeemed for a free one ingredient concrete, or
    6,000 points can be redeemed for any sundae free.

WOWIE! Points may not be used to purchase gift cards.

A Gift Card
Give the gift of Sheridan's to your favorite custard lover! You can purchase gift cards at any participating Sheridan's Frozen Custard location in any amount you choose (minimum $5.00). The card can then be redeemed at any Sheridan's location. When the card is redeemed, the gift recipient can immediately begin to use the card as a loyalty card and start earning points toward rewards.

A Stored Value Card
Give yourself the gift of Sheridan's super premium frozen custard and other delicious treats by loading money onto your card and using the card to pay for your purchases. No need to carry cash when you get a craving for the Sheridan's Frozen Custard.

How does the WOWIE! Card Rewards Program work?
Receive one point for every penny you spend on Sheridan's products. These points can be redeemed for the rewards mentioned above.

Earn points faster when you register your WOWIE! Card
The fastest way to begin earning points is to register your card online. By signing up online, you instantly receive a free Wowieccino! and points begin to accrue with every purchase.

Protect your balance when you register your WOWIE! Card
If your card is ever lost or stolen, we can replace your card and transfer your balance at no charge.

Program Rules

1. Sheridan's WOWIE! Cards may be used at all participating Sheridan's Frozen Custard retail locations only.
2. There is no cost to participate in the WOWIE! Card Rewards Program. There is no charge to participate when the card is used as a stored value card.
3. Product or merchandise purchases are required to earn points.
4. Card or registered card number must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
5. Points cannot be issued retroactively.
6. Once money is placed on the card, it can never be redeemed for cash.
7. Unregistered cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used without your permission.
8. Cardholders earn one (1) point for every penny spent at participating Sheridan's locations on products. Gift card purchases do not earn WOWIE! Card Points. The receipt for the transaction will show the points credited to the cardholder's account.
9. Points may be earned only by the Sheridan’s WOWIE! Card holder that pays the check.
10. When a cardholder obtains enough points to earn a reward, the reward will automatically be printed on the receipt. Cardholders do not need to present a receipt to receive a reward. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.
11. Rewards are non-transferable, no redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for the selected items. No substitutions are allowed.
12. Voided items will reduce the points by the voided amount until the point total reaches zero.
13. Points cannot go negative.
14. Points cannot be transferred from unregistered cards.
15. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, gift card and stored value cards may not be able to be issued or redeemed.
16. Rewards will expire 12 months after issuance.
17. The Sheridan's Frozen Custard Franchise Systems can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.
18. The Sheridan's Frozen Custard Franchise Systems reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, cardholders will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued prior to the stated expiration date.
19. The Sheridan's Frozen Custard Franchise Systems reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a cardholder's point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.
20. Sheridan's WOWIE! Card points will expire 12 months after the first day of non-use of the card. The Sheridan's Frozen Custard Franchise Systems also reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void a cardholder's point balance, if that cardholder's account has shown no activity for a period of 12 months.
21. Cash value cannot be transferred from unregistered cards.
